Five weeks. Five foundations. One stronger future.

Girls R.O.C.K. gives girls practical tools to understand who they are, communicate with confidence, make thoughtful decisions, manage emotions, and turn their goals into action.

Life is tough, but girl so are you.

Clear tools. Real practice.

Designed for growth girls can use every day.

5 Weeks

One focused foundation each week

2 Hours

Consistent weekly Circle sessions

Grades 4–7

Circle A age-aware learning

Grades 8–12

Circle B age-aware learning

A program girls can understand—and use.

Every week follows a familiar rhythm: girls learn one clear idea, practice it with peers, apply it to real-life situations, and leave with one action to complete before the next Circle.

Age-aware learning with shared belonging

Both Circles open and close together, then separate for breakout experiences designed for each age group.

A

Circle A: Grades 4–7

Concrete examples, guided activities, simple language, confidence-building practice, and supportive repetition.

B

Circle B: Grades 8–12

Concrete examples, guided activities, simple language, confidence-building practice, and supportive repetition.

Each week builds on the one before it.

The curriculum moves naturally from identity to communication, mindset, emotional maturity, and goal execution—so girls leave with a complete foundation for leadership.

Who Am I?

Girls identify their values, strengths, safe people, boundaries, and the kind of person they want to become.

My Presence Is Power

Girls practice communication, boundaries, conflict resolution, anti-bullying language, and speaking up with clarity.

Free Mind

Girls learn how to pause, name what is happening, reframe the situation, and choose a response that matches their mission.

Emotional Expression

Girls expand their emotional vocabulary, understand triggers, choose coping tools, and express needs safely.

I Can and I Am

Girls connect goals to their mission, choose practical next moves, identify support, and share a personal action plan.

A consistent session flow that keeps girls engaged.

The structure stays familiar each week, helping girls feel safe, focused, and ready to participate.

Combined Opening

Music, welcome, community norms, and a confident start.

Skill Warm-Up

An interactive exercise that introduces the week’s idea.

Anchor Lesson

One story, one practical tool, and one clear standard.

Age-Based Breakouts

Small-group activities, role-plays, reflection, and discussion.

Report-Back + Accountability

Girls share wins, identify the lesson, and choose what to practice.

Combined Close

A shared mantra and a clear preview of the next step.

Tools that reach beyond the classroom.

Girls leave with language, habits, and support they can use at school, at home, online, and in their communities.

Stronger Identity

Clearer self-worth, personal values, and confident “I AM” language.

Confident Communication

Practical tools for boundaries, conflict, speaking up, and digital interactions.

Better Decisions

A repeatable method for pausing, reframing, and choosing with intention.

Emotional Maturity

Skills to name emotions, manage triggers, and express needs safely.

Purposeful Goals

A mission statement, meaningful goals, practical next moves, and support systems.

Belonging + Support

A stronger sense of connection, peer encouragement, and trusted community.

Learning continues after the Circle ends.

Simple accountability keeps the curriculum practical without making it feel heavy or overwhelming.

Buddy Check-Ins

Girls connect with a peer from the same Circle for a short, encouraging check-in.

Weekly Scorecard

Girls track mission practice, communication tools, reframing, coping skills, and progress.

Midweek Encouragement

An accountability prompt helps each girl reflect on one win and prepare for the next session.

Everything you need to know before joining.

Is the same curriculum used for every age?
The five foundations are shared, but the examples, activities, discussion depth, and breakout work are adjusted for Grades 4–7 and Grades 8–12.
No. Girls R.O.C.K. is designed for girls with different personalities and starting points, including emerging leaders, quiet girls, and girls who need more confidence or support.
Full commitment is encouraged because every week builds on the last. When appropriate, catch-up materials and guidance can help a participant stay connected to the learning.
Girls who complete the Foundations cycle graduate into the Pearls community and may become eligible for future leadership, mentor, ambassador, alumni, or special-event opportunities.

Give her five weeks of tools she can carry for years.
